  1. This was a clear and descriptive presentation of your trashcan idea. I found that the use of "compression and extension" idea really worked for your design. It assisted with creating an organic and user friendly device that allowed for easy storage of the product as well as the contents within.

The only negative aspect to this design is the height limit. During the crit, it was mentioned that once the height limit was reached, you'd have to remove certain sections of the device in order to achieve a stable structure. I felt that there was a way of developing this negative point; maybe you could've had some sort of wire or inner structure to control the stability of the device.

However, overall, I was intrigued by the portability and functionality of the design. The drawings and various aspects of your "pinned up" presentations also caught my eye. They were carefully detailed with a supporting model to further convey your idea.

  2. The idea of a trashcan/ junk container that can have portability is amazing! and the flexibility in ur form of the container is also very interesting and was a very fresh and creative idea.

I also really liked the conceptual design of the container and how it links to an origami like shape and form.
It remninded me of a 'spring' but translated in an architectural concept.

Future improvements can be seen in the scale/size of the model and in real life. I also think this determines the protability of the container.
